Urgent care
We keep same-day slots aside each weekday for patients in pain. Mark your request as urgent and tell us what is happening.
- Toothache that keeps you awake
- Swelling in the face or gums
- A broken tooth or lost filling
- A knocked-out adult tooth — keep it in milk
If swelling affects your breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency department straight away.
Before you book
I am nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Yes — many of our patients are. Tell us in your request and we will book a longer first visit that is just a conversation and a look, with no treatment unless you want it.
How do payment and insurance work?
Fees are due on the day of each visit. We provide itemised receipts for your insurer, and larger treatment plans can be split across appointments.
From what age should children come?
Around their first birthday or when the first teeth appear. Early visits are short and fun, which makes later checkups much easier.
What if I need to cancel or move my visit?
Just reply to your confirmation message at least a day ahead and we will offer a new time. Someone on our list is usually glad of the slot.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A list of any medicines you take, details of past dental work you remember, and any questions. Glasses help if you want to read the screen closely.
Do you need X-rays every visit?
No. We only take X-rays when they will change a decision, and we explain why beforehand. Recent images from a previous dentist can often be used.
